Box type Stripper Plate Jacks

We manufacture and service Lifting Gear components (Jacks) for Fehrer Needle Looms, used in the Textile industry.  There are various types of Jacks in use on these machines.  Their main purpose is to support a member of the machine and allow it to have linear movement for adjustment.  They are actuated by a screw mechanism driven by a shaft to the gear mechanism, or directly to the nut with a chain and sprocket.

Rebuilt Assemblies

We offer a rebuilding service to these as well.  Your worn jacks do not necessarily need to be thrown away.  Send them to us and we will strip them down, inspect them, and rebuild them with our new components.
